360 Assessment

Our process provides leaders the rare opportunity to capture a full view of how they are experienced in their professional ecosystem. Through a series of interviews, analysis and thematic compilations, we get to the heart of where growth breakthroughs happen. Given the flexibility of our proprietary process, we are able to customize by integrating company values. We also include the vital piece needed to drive lasting leader transformation – 6-months of Executive Coaching following the 360. Many leaders also choose to add-on coaching for their direct reports to optimize for team integration and growth as well. Team conflict resolution and group coaching are also available as needed.
